Purpose of Personal Data Processing
The register is used to manage communication related to online store orders or website forms. With the customer's permission, it can also be used for direct marketing. Individuals who have provided their information to the register are in a customer relationship with the data controller.

Content of the Register
The register contains information provided by the customer during order/contact:
- Customer's name
- Postal address
- Phone number
- Email address

These are essential basic information for order processing, invoicing, delivery, or responding to forms. The register stores information about the customer's order history, order processing, and possible product returns.

Google Analytics collects the visitor's IP address, language, browser name, and resolution.

Regular Sources of Information
The customer has provided the information stored in the register for the data controller's use when ordering products from the online store and/or registering as a customer, or alternatively when filling out a quote request/feedback form.

Regular Disclosure of Information
The register information is used only for managing the data controller's customer relationships and is not disclosed to third parties.

Transfer of Data Outside the EU or EEA
The data controller does not disclose customer register information outside the EU or EEA.
